I have lived here for the past 8 months and I think it is a decent place to live, and could be great if the developer built the building properly. I'm a light sleeper and I live in a unit under a family with 2 huskies, they run around at odd hours of the day and night and it drives me crazy. I can feel the vibrations of everything going on upstairs, including late nights in the bedroom. My daughter is moving in, this building is incredible and beautifully kept. Henry and Kayla are so very welcoming, efficient and responsive. Common areas are luxurious and always clean and smelling fresh. They have taken the time to answer my crazy questions and have toured us through three times. This is what I do for a living and I so highly recommend this community. Five stars.
We've lived here for the past 2 years. It's a super safe apartment building with great amenities. The cleaning crew really keep this place spotless. I also love how close it is to trails. However, our biggest issue has been the smells. I'm not sure if we're just unlucky, but we had a neighbor chain smoke cigarettes below us (who thankfully moved out) and currently have a neighbor that smokes weed and it permeates through our vents. I've been living here a month. Having lived in the city for a long time, it is a welcome change . It is a quiet community. Haven't had any noise issues. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking space. Grounds are well maintained and amenities such as yoga room, club room, conference room and gym are pretty good too.
