Make sure you completely understand what they will install. The install was fine but, I would suggest that you shop around for quotes. I probably would not hire this company in the future and would not recommend them to a friend.

This customer purchased a system, upon installation he had us set up the tstat as non programmable. Now he called us complaining that it is a non programmable tstat., now he wants a specific brand tstat. He was there during our installation, it is the correct tstat that comes with the equipment he signed for on the contract. This is an example of the type of reviews the BBB will always get. Curtis total service has been a godsend to me! You see I am disabled and on a fixed income and I was told by the company I always used I needed $800 apart. After exhausting all avenues I kept getting turned down. VA told me to get an estimate so I called Curtis Total Service and it turns out my furnace was condemned not just by Curtis but by another company. They literally saved my life because I live in a 120 year old house and I was freezing. They were willing to do $27 payments with a cosigner but I have no one so I was at a loss. Then I receive a phone call from Curtis asking to come out and speak with me. What they have done for me is truly amazing! They have installed a brand new furnace at no charge. You see they have been in business for 33 years and the owner is so appreciative that they tried to give back during the holidays to someone in need and they chose me this year. It took them six hours and they did a wonderful job. Yesterday I received a call asking if Rich the supervisor may come out and speak to me. He shows up with a bag of food, 2 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels that his wife put together to help me get through the month. Curtis total service has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. I recommend them to anyone needing help. The love they have shown me has put face back into Humanity for me and I will never forget what they have done for me. I highly recommend you call them! I have used Curtis for the last 9 years starting with a sewer problem and then fo AC repairs and replacement of the system. The service is always prompt and the technicians are all very corteous. They call before and give you a time frame and I feel confident having them in my home. I even received a check from them because I referred a neighbor to them. I have been a loyal customer of Curtis Total Service for many years because they are honest and professional in every respect. We had them replace our heating and cooling system with an efficient and cost saving unit. Their plumbing repairs were prompt and remain with no correction. Upon their recommendation, we recently had the AirScrubberPlus technology system installed and the positive results are immediately noticed. Having noted all the above comments, I feel the outstanding recommendation for Curtis is the caliber of technicians that enter your home.
