Our technician 'Tony' was friendly, professional and informative. He did a wonderful job explaining what he was doing and how it affected the running of the system. We were super impressed. We Highly recommend Efficient Air.
The appointment and reschedule was very smooth. The lady over the phone was very helpful, and tried to answer all my questions. Paul, the service expert, was very polite. Being on time, and went through the service/check up very carefully. Paul also keep my house very clean, a plus point:) Very satisfied.

I needed a new AC system, and several people recommended Efficient Air. Chris Fauci came, inspected my unit, and then gave me options for a new system. Very knowledgeable about the whole process! Decided to go ahead with a new unit! Very happy with the customer service so far. Will update after the job is done.
