First time I used Harts great and friendly service, but most recent, they comment from them was next time we come were going to charge $600.00 dollars more to unclog drain. Took them 15 minutes to do the work, which was great but the threat, of charging more, well I do not plan on calling on them again.

Clean, ****************** and friendly. I got same day service. Cleared a stubborn clogged line 30 feet away from source. It took 2.5 hours of hard work. Spotlessly cleaned up his mess. Ninety three dollars plus tax. Other places wanted almost that to appraise the work. I'm happy!

It's very unnerving to call a plumber for drain clearing on a fixed income and have no choice but to agree to an open tab. Hart's immediately became the best option when a flat rate was advertised. My own plumber "friends" would've charged more. Steven was helpful, patient, friendly, professional, considerate (and adorable). I have already recommended them, and won't hesitate to call them again.
