I called them never knew of them at all but I was very happy with everyone they were quick professional friendly and the job was done perfectly everything I wanted we are so happy the men that came out to actually do the job **** *****and ****** *****were do good at what they do professional polite cleaned up after themselves n believe me it was a lot of work my old unit was 33 years old they are an asset to Keefe’s company. Thank you do much

******************* and *********************** installed a new unit in my home today. I have been evacuated fir 9 months since hurricane Ida. They took special care to make sure everything was working correctly and explained. They cleaned up adter they were done. They used a large drop cloth and were very personable. I recommend this company for AC anything!!

**** and his co ***** came at 9:00 AM to install my new AC unit. They were very professional and answered my questions. They both worked quietly untill 2:30 PM. They installed a water over flow detector, so unit will stop before it leaks and they even installed a CO2 detector. They did not waste time goofing off like my last install with a different company. New unit installed 1/5/ 22. So far everything is good. My whole experiencewith ******* has been good, from the first time I called them about my old broken AC . They answer their phones and find out what you need. and send someone out in a timely many.

Although I chose another company, I was certainly impressed with *************************. He came to the house to give me an estimate. He was timely, professional, very cordial and easy to chat with. He made me smart in several areas that I was unaware of, which I greatly appreciated. We discussed every aspect of the system replacement, the system under consideration, my specific needs and desires and then he provided me with a detailed breakout of the estimates for four different options. I appreciated the level of detail in the information, the responsiveness and the give and take in generating the estimate. One final important point, ****** did not harass me or keep bringing up options to try and get me to change my mind after I disclosed my decision to him. I really appreciated that as I had done extensive research in support of my decision and I did not want to play 20 questions!!! Would I recommend someone try ******* and ****** in particular if they are researching a new HVAC system for their home? Absolutely!

definitely a 5 star review. The tech that came to my house called before her came like he was supposed to and after he got here he was very polite. I explained to him why I needed him and he answered all my questions and he serviced my generator. My generator was not broken, all it needed was routine maintenance. I explained to him I had no one to help maintain the generator during the year when not in use and he showed me step by step how to check and change the oil. He also showed me how to set the control so it would come on weekly so I would know it was working and he advised me to buy my oil from the ****** and ******** web site so I would be sure to get the right one. During the hurricane my neighbor was kind enough to help me but he had a different type of generator and he used the wrong grade oil so he drained it and filled it properly and left me the container so I could make sure I got the right one. He answered all my questions and before he left he made sure I would be able to maintain the generator if needed again. He definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
