The original job to secure and replace deck railings exploded into discovering rotted wood. Water had gotten behind siding and made a huge mess. My decks were rebuilt and then they installed a poly sealant that is probably going to outlast the rest of the house. The contractor did a first rate job. The sub contractor they used was amazing. Missing screws. Slats are cut way too short that the wind blows them out plus tops of posts not only cut too short but they do not sit level due to being cut way too short and I find them on the ground constantly. Finally I had to glue them in place. This was a poor rush job. If I could give 0 stars I would! I paid over $12000 to this company to repair a leak and refinish my fiberglass deck. All said and done the leak is 10 times worse and they do not stand behind their work. They want to charge another $4500 to “try to fix it this time” forget the 10 year warranty they promise it isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. I will be filing with the better business bureau. We are extremely satisfied with the repair done to our fiberglass deck done by Ocean City Fiberglass. The cost was very reasonable. Workers arrived on time and all were professional and really seemed to care about doing a good job for me, which they did! The people in the office were very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Ocean City Fiberglass.
