Matt and Chris from Pro Storm supervised the installation of vinyl siding, roof, and gutters on my home after significant damage due to a hailstorm. The workers did an exceptional job, and their service was also exceptional. Their response was quick, ensuring I was pleased with every step of the project, and ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. We used Pro Storm Repair to replace our roof and gutters after a bad hail storm did significant damage to our house and we are so glad we did. Dan Morris was an absolute dream to work with! Professional, responsive and straight forward from our first meeting. They took care of everything for us and made the entire process seamless but most importantly they were available every step of the way. They made sure we selected the perfect color roof and wanted us to be completely happy with our selection as I am quite picky. Installation day was perfect and they made sure they communicated with us throughout the day and after the install. Dan Morris followed up with us after to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we had. The entire team is incredible, total professionals and the quality of their workmanship and products shone through. I can’t say enough about Dan and the entire team at Pro Storm Repair! Spectacular workmanship! Had my roof replaced, cedar shingles removed and replaced with siding and new gutters installed, all due to the hailstorm in the summer of 2021. Work completed in three stages (roof, siding, then gutters) and I couldn’t be more pleased. Pro Storm Repair dealt with insurance company and met adjuster who agreed completely with their assessment and costs. Friendly and prompt replies to all my queries. Weather permitting, all work completed on schedule. My home looks beautiful. Grateful to have found a reliable, professional and trustworthy company!
