We have had great experiences using Southern Goodman for HVAC service. Bryce has been our technician for two different issues. Very friendly, prompt and courteous. He was able to explain issues and options clearly to someone with little knowledge. Gladly recommend them.
This company has good courteous friendly people in office, sales rep and installers. I like how they introduce themselves before working on my property when arriving each day to install unit. The sales rep was caring and was concerned about what we needed not another sale. They are a company that worked with meeting my needs for a unit. I recommend their services. I'm very satisfied.
The whole team from start to finish was amazing. Salomon helped us find a new system that was prefect for our home and was affordable. Andy the installer did an incredible job. He went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed properly and left the space cleaner then when he arrived. Everyone has been extremely friendly and responsive. Thank you for all your hard work.
Silas is the very picture of friendly professionalism. The work he does, and his patience in explaining and going through options, really is commendable. I have had great experiences with this company - easy to set up appointments, good communication, excellent and fairly priced work. I recommend them!
We were pleased with the professionalism that Hunter exhibited. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He explained the process he would take and the approximate time it would take to complete his service inspection. Upon finding a part that would need to be replaced, he showed us the part as well as explaining its function. We enjoyed meeting Hunter and are glad he is a part of Southern Goodman.
