I have been using Xcaliber for years. This company provides amazing, excellent, reliable services. My first service was the installation electric charger station for my Tesla three years ago. Roy and the other technicians did excellent job . I used this company again for a bigger project to install a whole house generator . Electrician Roy and Tony; plumber guy did excellent job for this project. They were very professional and hard worker especially Roy. I highly recommend this company!!! The best!
I didn't have a problem with the workmanship. However I had 2 technicians that needed to be better prepared. Technician #1 needed to ensure his batteries used with his tools are already charged along with his iPad. In addition, my hose pipe was used to drain the water heater(which I didn't mind) which makes me think he didn't have one. I asked the technician if there was a rebate from Spire, he said only if you're converting electric to gas ($650). HVAC unit suddenly stopped blowing cold air at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Temps this weekend are going to be in the 90s. First thing I thought was "how about that Excalibur guy on the radio?". Went to their website and through the online chat was able to schedule an off hour call for the next morning. Obviously paid an off hour price but it was reasonable for getting someone the next day. Keith and Tyler were our technicians. First, WE were late to the appointment. They both waited for us to arrive, which they didn't have to. Keith and Tyler are so nice and easy going. Within 5 minutes they diagnosed our problem and gave us great advice on how to fix the issue. Thank you Keith and Tyler for the amazing service❗️
